Jenderal Ahmad Yani
Ahmad Yani was born in jenar Purworejo, Central Java in June 19, 1922 and killed in October 1, 1965 by members of the 30 September Movement with his fellow revolutionary leaders. He was born in a family that worked in a sugar factory owned by the Dutch. His family soon left to Batavia and he was educated there. During his highschool years, he left to study military topography in Malang, East Java. However, due to the Japanese arrival, his education was interrupted. At the same time, he and his family moved back to Java. At 1943, he joined the army-sponsored Japanese map (defenders homeland), and got extra training in Magelang. After the completion of his training, he went the Bogor to be trained as a platoon commander Map and was soon sent back to Magelang as an instructor.
Letnan Jenderal R. Suprapto
Soeprapto was born is Central Java in June 20, 1920 and killed in October 1, 1965 by members of the 30 September Movement with his fellow revolutionary leaders. After graduating high school, he entered the military education. During the World War 2, he was imprisoned by the Japanese but soon escaped. After he escaped he trained in various training centres and soon joined the official army.
Letnan Jenderal Haryono
Jenderal Haryono was born in Surabaya, East Java, January 20, 1924. He died at Lubang buaya, Jakarta, October 1, 1965 during the events of G30S PKI at the age of 41 years. he was educated at ELS and forwarded to the HBS after graduation. After graduating HBS, he entered the Ika Dai Gakko (school of medicine) in Jakarta. In Jakarta, he joined the group of men which fought for their freedom and in there, he earned the Mayor rank. During the independence war (1945~1950), he transferred frequently between offices.
